Our recognition of each others' strengths and weaknesses....enabled us to build complementary and broadly-based skill sets

Andrew Wells

Team members Katherine Groom, Laura Williams, James Jones, Suraj Gangani and Andrew Wells believe they have established a strong team dynamic - and they have enjoyed working together.

Andrew Wells attributed success to "our recognition of each others' strengths and weaknesses, which enabled us to build complementary and broadly-based skill sets."

Professor Steven Toms, the Head of the York Management School said: "All the staff at the Management School are really proud of the students' achievement. Their entrepreneurial team-spirited attitude is exactly what we try to encourage, and, as the students have shown, it gets results in the business world."
