Minister visits University of York

This is part of a visit to the University where he will meet Vice-Chancellor Brian Cantor.
The Centre is designed to be a focus for performance and research in the arts, with areas devoted to electronic music and digital art.
The Minister will then be taken to see the Biology Department and to meet members of staff.
