Times endorses York's excellence

It rates York top for teaching and the leading university in the north of England.
The Times comments: "York has consolidated its reputation amongst the very best".
The Times table assess nine measures of quality including reseach and teaching assessments, library/computer spending, graduate destinations and staff/student ration.
The top ten are:

- Imperial LSE
- Bath
- UCL
- York
- Warwick
- Bristol
- Durham
