Mental Health and Addiction Research Group (MHARG) have organised a showcase of four projects that have been funded by the Research Capability Funding (RCF) managed by the National Institute for Health and Social Care Research (NIHR).
The titles of the presentations are as follows:
RECLAIM Your Brain! Reducing E-Consequences: Lifestyle Adjustments For Improved Mental Health In Neurodiverse Youth (Charlotte Kitchen)
HOLISTIC: Hormones, self-harm and violence in secure settings - a review and consultation (Jenny Sweetman, Sophie Stephenson and Christine Bruce)
TOM-Secure: Treating Obesity using Medication in Secure Inpatient Services (Liz Littlewood and Dale Crookes)
Mapping physical activity and mental health pathways: a feasibility study into trauma-informed care for women in custody (Natalie Hopkins).
The showcase will be chaired by Professor Amanda Perry.
