The lectures are based on the book Foundations of Info-Metrics written by Amos Golan and it is highly recommended you get the book prior to the short course.

Professor Amos Golan, American University
Professor Amos Golan directs the Info-Metrics Institute at American University and he is also an External Professor (The Santa Fe Institute) and a Senior Associate (Pembroke College, Oxford).
