Campus East

A modern café with cushioned armchairs, wooden tables, and a sleek counter displaying snacks and drinks. Digital menu boards hang above, and pendant lights add warmth. People are seated and ordering, creating a lively atmosphere. The space features greenery and a curved wooden-paneled wall.

Hub Café

Serves York Emporium coffee and a range of brunch food items, including omelettes, Okonomiyaki, ramen, artisan sourdough sandwiches and delicious desserts including Hub Crumbles and desserts.

Piazza Starbucks

Serves Starbucks coffee and the usual favourites, as well as seasonal specials, confectionery and hot toasties.

Piazza Restaurant

Serves a range of lunch items including hot main meals, sandwiches, salad from our fresh salad bar and soup. Our hot counters offer chicken, noodle bowls, burritos and more.

York Sport Café (York Sports Village)

Serving local York Emporium coffee, tea and iced drinks, York Sport Café is the perfect place to help you fuel your workout or reward yourself after a hard session in the gym.

Campus West

Serves hot drinks, snacks, jacket potatoes, pastries and of course, cookies. The cafe has a small seating area.

Derwent Café

Serves York Emporium Coffee, sandwiches, baguettes, burgers, paninis, snacks and confectionery. The café has a large seating area with sofas.

Derwent Dining

Open for breakfast and dinners, serving full English breakfast and hot evening meals including vegan and vegetarian specials.

A modern library cafe interior with round wooden tables and dark brown chairs. A long light-colored banquette runs along the back wall, which features black vertical paneling. Geometric pendant lights hang from the ceiling and emit a warm glow. The floor has a wood-like finish.

Library Café (JB Morrell Library)

A modern, recently refurbished café set in the heart of the University of York. Offering great coffee, smoothies, and a wide range of hot and cold dishes. Perfect for eating in or for grabbing something on the go.

The largest restaurant on Campus West, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start the day with a full English breakfast or visit at lunchtime to enjoy chicken kitchen, salads, sandwiches and more.

The Link (Church Lane Building)

Serves Starbucks coffee, and a range of hot and cold meals alongside daily specials. We also have sandwiches, snacks, confectionery and handmade cakes. Enjoy your break in our comfy and open seating area.
