Event details

CIEC’s Nicky Waller will be leading this residential course twice across the year for primary teachers and primary science leaders. This course is ideal for primary school practitioners who want to familiarise themselves with the current expectations around assessment and children’s progress in science. You will explore the difference between assessment, moderation and tracking, as well as considering how best to assess primary science in your school.

Each course is a two-day residential with three additional virtual 'mini twilight' CPD sessions. Teachers from state schools will be eligible for a bursary to cover costs.
