Family-friendly working
It can sometimes be a challenge to balance work and family, not only for those with children, but also for those with other caring responsibilities.
CHE is committed to providing a family-friendly work environment that is supportive and inclusive, considers caring responsibilities and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
To support family-friendly working practices, wherever possible, we encourage meetings to take place during CHE’s core hours of 10am to 4pm.
We encourage the use of flexible working arrangements, including:
