Professional Services Hub 4

Work will begin in August 2026 and it is anticipated that teams will start to move in from November 2026. 

The Hub will offer a variety of spaces to suit different ways of working and provide a flexible workspace for these teams. Spaces will include touch-down areas for quick tasks, bookable desks, dedicated Zoom pods and rooms and more traditional meeting rooms.

This new Hub is part of our plan to make better use of our properties and to modernise our buildings. This helps us streamline our operations and ensures we are creating high-quality, effective workspaces across all our locations.

The Hub is part of our continued commitment to provide high quality professional services shared spaces, following the delivery of Market Square spaces and 1 Innovation Close. We're learning from the lessons of these projects to create a range of suitable spaces for colleagues to collaborate, share knowledge and complete confidential work where required.  

How it will affect me

There will be some noise and disruption from building works in the immediate area and there will be no access to the Providence House car park from 28 July 2026.
