CAHR Fellows run International Women’s Week Event

As part of this year’s York International Women’s Week celebrations, our HRD Fellows took the lead in hosting a well-attended and inspiring Zine-making event. Participants spent the afternoon cutting, pasting, and sketching, turning A4 sheets of paper into powerful personal statements.
Events like these are more than just an afternoon of crafting. They build a dedicated space for creativity, dialogue, and solidarity. By sharing our stories through art, we strengthen our connections and ensure that important voices continue to be heard.
