At this meeting, the York Human Rights City Network (YHRCN) will present draft findings for its 2023 indicator report, for discussion. Against a backdrop of other major events in the city, we will assess progress on our five priority rights: education, health and social care, housing, a decent standard of living, and non-discrimination and equality. These include local government elections, the Cost of Living Crisis, developments on access for Blue Badge holders to the city centre, and more.
