Robert Ackrill Haigh Scholarship
In memory of Robert Ackrill-Haigh, this scholarship is awarded to a talented 1st year undergraduate string player.
The successful candidate will receive £990 at the end of their first year, subject to demonstrating skill, improvement and dedication in their orchestral playing and performance.
The scholarship will be awarded to a 1st year undergraduate string player.
Open to International (including EU) and UK (home) students.
Open to students in the School of Arts and Creative Technologies.
Candidates must be studying for an undergraduate degree in Music or Music and Sound Recording and have successfully completed Year 1.
The award will be based on the string player's demonstration of skill, improvement and dedication in their orchestral playing and performance throughout their first year.
No application is necessary - all Year 1 UG string players will be considered.
