There are a total of six speakers who will be discussing their specialised topics. The speakers include:

- Folusho Oladipo - Women's Activism in Colonial Southern Nigeria and Historical Silences, 1923-1953.
- Kennedy Okparaolu - The Changing Fortunes of the Sahel - Theorising with the Politics of Power.
