Green Impact project spotlight: International Pathway College (IPC)

This year, International Pathway College (IPC) has been leading a Green Impact project exploring "The Role of Knowledge in Advancing Sustainability", earning 1st place on the university's leader board.
As part of the project, IPC launched a podcast episode titled Inside 'INCLUDE'. Hosted by Amie-May Wilson, Student Support Advisor, the episode features Jamie Wood, co-chair of the Inclusive Network Connecting and Linking University Disabled Employees (INCLUDE) – the University’s Staff Disability Advocacy Group. Their conversation highlights the important links between social and environmental sustainability, showcasing how inclusive approaches can strengthen our collective climate efforts.
IPC has also partnered with the City of York Council to create Carbon Chronicles, a new collaborative newsletter. In the latest edition, Amie-May interviews Issy Burkitt, a a Carbon Reduction Officer for the Council. Their discussion explores York’s local climate action – from achievements and challenges to the power of community engagement.
