James College was named after Lord James of Rusholme, the first Vice-Chancellor of the University.
James College is a supportive College where everyone is encouraged to get involved and to help make the College a great place to live and work. We take pride in our international focus and give-it a-go ethos. We offer and encourage diverse activities and aim to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
Whether you're a new student coming to James or returning for another year, whether you're living on campus or elsewhere, James College has something to offer you. For starters, there are now several college volunteering positions, offering you the chance to get more involved in your college.
