CAHR's Generating Respect Hub Coordinator, Samantha Holmes, joined a discussion on children in armed conflict.
Samantha Holmes, joined a panel discussion on 27 February on children in armed conflict hosted by the University of Iowa’s Center for Human Rights. Alongside Dr Rima Afifi, Samantha discussed the vulnerabilities of children in conflict zones and the legal framework designed to protect them.
