Join us for this lecture, 'Exploring past use of livestock for secondary products: the pitfalls and potential of ethnographic analogy' by Professor Paul Halstead. Paul is a (zoo)archaeologist from University of Sheffield, his lecture will explore the pitfalls and payoffs of ethnographic/oral historical investigation of traditional Mediterranean animal husbandry as a guide to ancient animal management.
