Replacing old technology
The all-in-one platform, Workday, will replace various outdated and expiring York systems in November 2026, and integrate with plenty of others we use.
We're progressing through stages of in-depth configuring and testing to make sure it will suit our purposes when we launch – and long thereafter. For now, we can share a top-level introduction to Workday in its pre-York form.
The list of affected systems below might change slightly as we confirm the scope, but should provide an early overview; if you want to ask about another system you use as part of your role, you can get in touch with the team.
