Replacing old technology

The all-in-one platform, Workday, will replace various outdated and expiring York systems from February 2027, and integrate with plenty of others we use.

We're progressing through stages of in-depth configuring, testing and data migration to make sure it will deliver the functionality we all need. We're also working with the Change Network to develop comprehensive and convenient training for everyone, to roll out in a variety of formats over the months ahead.

The list of affected systems below might change slightly as we confirm the scope, but should provide an early overview; if you want to ask about another system you use as part of your role, you can get in touch with the team.
