- be responsible, reliable and a good timekeeper
- be diplomatic, friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
- have the ability to take the initiative and be proactive about tasks
- enjoy working with a wide range of students, teachers, parents and career advisers
- be comfortable discussing all aspects of student life with the public in a clear and confident manner
Being an International Student Ambassador was a fantastic experience for me. It gave me the opportunity to get to know my environment much better than I would have otherwise. I was also able to meet new people and make new friends! As an added bonus, it made me some money and sure looks good on my resume!
