Summary

To record reflective feedback meetings and pedagogical discussions between PGCE students and mentors and develop complementary discussion prompts to produce a suite of professional development materials that support the effectiveness of this vital relationship. Our intention is to draw upon the experiences of students and school based mentors to develop these resources that can then be accessed by students, mentors and other partners through a range of media - training sessions, self study or podcasts. These highly innovative resources will develop in our students the ability to respond productively to feedback, and enhance their education experience as they take ownership over their progress as novice teachers.
