Summary
This project aimed to inform and develop the teaching and learning experience for students from underrepresented backgrounds by drawing on the lived experiences of alumni from similar backgrounds. We aimed to build a bank of interview-based resources to both inform curriculum development and also provide a ‘peer voice’ to increase student engagement with that curriculum.
