Strategic change projects

The University operates in a constantly changing environment, meaning we are always facing new challenges and looking for opportunities in order to achieve our University Strategy.

To address challenges and opportunities, we sometimes need to make significant shifts in our business processes, structures or ways of working. To deliver these, we develop “change projects” designed to help us manage the transition from our current state to a desired end state. These are usually formalised projects, overseen by a change management approach, with input from lots of staff and students across the University.
