Online pay slips

We have had a great response to the introduction of online payslips across the university with nearly two thirds of staff signed up to date. Moving forward, a decision has been made that we will not resume printing of paper payslips.

Benefits

There are  many benefits to using the new online payslip system. You can securely access your payslips wherever you are, at work or elsewhere, at any time. And don’t worry about the information on your payslip changing, the new online payslips look the same as the paper version and contain the same details.

The move is also helping the University to further improve our efficiency and sustainability, reducing the cost of equipment, paper and time associated with the printing and distribution of paper payslips.

My View 

Those of you using MyView to access your payslips can continue to do so. This system will not be changing and all information currently accessible through MyView will remain as we move forward. 

Accessing your account

You will have received a letter and/or email in the last few months detailing how to register and access your payslips
