Training and support
Our social media guidance document is a comprehensive guide to setting up and managing social media accounts, intended to be used as a reference tool.
The Communications team run social media content training sessions, which cover topics including content creation, account management and brand training. You can request a session for yourself or your team by emailing social-media@york.ac.uk.
Social media for researchers
Training sessions are available that focus specifically on promoting research using social media (login required). More generally, our social media guidelines for researchers cover the basics of using social media as a tool for research promotion.
