Annual Sleep Lecture

What does the sleeping brain look like? Why do we sleep for a third of our lives? How does sleep support health and academic performance?

In this talk we will explore the whatswhys and hows of sleep.

Come along and find out a bit more about the most important part of your day, and how you can get the sleep you need to be healthy, happy and productive.

The lecture will be followed by a FREE hot chocolate reception, and the opportunity to browse Student Support Service stalls, such as OpenDoor.
