The exhibition, by University of York artist-in-residence Susan Aldworth, consists of hundreds of embroidered pillowcases sewn by people from all over the UK and challenges us to reflect upon our nightly transitions from consciousness to oblivion. Art History students Lea, Tomi, Charlotte, Laura, Sarah and Francesca have all helped to install the pillowcases at York Saint Mary, which opens on 7th June and runs until 3rd September.
