This lavishly illustrated publication investigates and celebrates Turner's fascination with the sea, and also examines his work within the context of nineteenth-century marine painting . Richard's book has been co-authored and co-edited with Christine Riding and complements a major exhibition at the National Maritime Museum from 22 November 2013 until 21 April 2014
