Transport Services
DalesBus – sustainable transport into and around the Yorkshire Dales
Dales and Bowland Community Interest Company manages much of the weekend DalesBus network into and around the Yorkshire Dales. We’re a not-for-profit social enterprise, run entirely by volunteers and owned by Friends of the Dales, a registered charity.
We’re looking for additional commercial sponsorship and more volunteers to help us maintain and develop the DalesBus network. We’d particularly welcome help with marketing and promotion - at all levels from creating and implementing a marketing strategy as a volunteer director to designing and distributing promotional leaflets.
Business services:
- Commercial sponsorship - help support a community service whilst gaining brand exposure
- Staff volunteering - opportunities to utilise and develop your team’s skills
- Carbon-conscious access to rural destinations for staff volunteering, wellness or team-building activities
Supporting DalesBus could help you to meet your ESG commitments by reducing car travel, promoting access for all, investing in inclusive, place-based growth and backing a community-led transport solution.
