Meredith Martin is the author of The Rise and Fall of Meter: Poetry and English National Culture, 1860-1930 and launched the Princeton Online Prosody archive in 2007 as well as co-editing a special issue of Victorian Poetry on Victorian prosody and a special issue of The Hopkins Quarterly on the prosody of Hopkins.
