Department lecturer becomes University committee member
Dr Yaprak Tavman has joined the University's Learning and Teaching Forum Committee.
Dr Yaprak Tavman's term of appointment to the University's Learning and Teaching Forum Committee will be three years.
The Learning and Teaching Forum aims to bring together and support colleagues involved in teaching and learning across the University.
The Forum's activities include an annual learning and teaching conference, a series of lunchtime workshops throughout the year, a blog and publication of the Forum magazine. These outputs are overseen by a small management committee consisting of both academic and learning support staff.
We are delighted to see a member of the department celebrating and raising the profile of learning and teaching across the University.
