Development of new resources

We are delighted to announce that we are moving to the next stage of our partnership with Synthomer.

In September our advisory teachers will be working with primary schools to trial the Sustainable Ingredients activities in classrooms around the country. We are always looking for primary teachers interested in joining our trials of science activities, so please contact us on ciec@york.ac.uk if you are interested in this or other trials.

We will use feedback from teachers and children to refine this latest resource to ensure that it is up to the standard that people have come to expect from CIEC activities.

We will be checking that materials are easy for schools to access, that the instructions are straightforward to follow and that the activities reinforce the science learning in the National Curriculum for primary science for the children taking part.
