The Conference on Disability, Accessibility and Representation in the Creative Industries (DARCI) will showcase an array of keynote presentations, papers, posters, demos, performances and panels reflecting on the past, present and future of these fields of research and practice. The full programme will be available shortly on our website. The conference will take place from Wednesday 10th September to Friday 12th September 2025.
Wednesday 10th September 2025 will be dedicated to pre-conference workshops and an evening performance, whereas Thursday 11th and Friday 12th will be full conference days with a variety of activities.
Workshop spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The information on the workshops can be found under the Pre-conference Workshops section on our website.
If you're interested in booking pre-conference workshops, please do so at the same time as purchasing your conference ticket. Please note that workshops cannot be booked separately from the conference ticket.
The evening performance on Wednesday 10th September is included in the main registration and will include an evening drinks reception.
All presenters, performers and panellists need to register in advance.
