‘Weldon Rising’ is a scorching black comedy, a celebration of queer expression amidst rising anti-LGBTQ hate crime. Celebrate Pride Month 2023 by coming to see this new amateur production of Phyllis Nagy’s seminal queer play!
In the aftermath of a homophobic attack, guilt ravages the lives of the local LGBT community as they learn to live in a world where they face fear, isolation and discrimination because of their identities, a world of hatred, a world on fire.
