Event details
‘Are you one of those people who saw Princess Bride and decided you wanted to fence?’
Athena and Mary Wallace, two teenage fencers, are training for Nationals. They practise together. They compete against each other. They spend every waking moment of their lives together. They wish they were friends. Gracie Gardner’s Athena is a fierce coming-of-age comedy where two teenagers parry class, competition and power as they practise fencing, life and friendships. But only one of them can win - en garde.
