Our geothermal team meets with new well-drilling partners Marriott Drilling Group.
Our geothermal team recently held a kick-off meeting with our key well-drilling partner, Marriott Drilling Group, a big step forward for the University's Deep Geothermal Energy Project.
It was great to bring together colleagues from Marriott Drilling Group, GeoScience Limited, the British Geological Survey (BGS), and the University project team to align on the direction of the project and begin working together.
We were also delighted that Vice-Chancellor Charlie Jeffery could join us and show his support for the project.
Things are really starting to heat up, and the team is ready to move into the next phase of this exciting and ambitious project. We look forward to collaborating over the coming months to make it happen!
