Our Open Days are a great way to get a proper feel for the University and see what student life is really like here. You'll get to explore the campus, chat to current students and staff, and find out what student life is really like here.
We have Open Days coming up on:
- Saturday 21 June: Places available!
Sunday 22 June:Fully booked!- Friday 5 September: Places available!
- Saturday 6 September: Places available!
You need to book in advance and we'll email you all the details once you're registered. If you can't make it to any of these dates, sign up for our emails to hear about future events.

Frequently asked questions
You may have some questions about our upcoming Open Days, so we've compiled a helpful list of frequently asked questions.
The event will run from 9.15am to 4pm.
You're welcome to bring up to two guests with you to our Open Days.
Our upcoming Open Days will cover information suitable for Year 12 applicants considering applying to start university in September 2026. If you have not been able to attend a visit day for offer holders, you can visit campus independently at any time.
We recommend downloading our app, Visit UoY, which allows you to take an outdoor, self-guided tour of our campus, narrated by our current students.

You won't need to book a place at individual sessions and talks. Once you've booked a place on an Open Day, you will have access to all the talks and sessions taking place at that event. Some talks may be busy, in which case priority will be given to students before guests.
You're welcome to visit our campus at any time that suits you. Our app, Visit UoY, will allow you to take an outdoor, self-guided tour of our campus, narrated by our current students.

You will receive details of our event specific Park and Ride via email prior to the event. Please note that there will be no parking available on campus, except for Blue Badge parking.
Everyone who has booked a place will receive the programme by email before the event. There will also be physical copies available to pick up at the event.

This will allow us to cancel your current booking. You will then need to complete another booking form, selecting your preferred date.
