Research

Seb Bytyci holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) degree in Policy Analysis and Comparative and International Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) of Indiana University-Bloomington (IU) (2007).

In 2009 he obtained a Master of European Studies (MES) degree in European Integration and Regionalism from the University of Graz, European Academy and European Institute of Public Administration. He also obtained a Certificate in Public Leadership and Management from the New Bulgarian University and Council of Europe. Since 2007, Seb’s taught at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Prishtina.

In 2009 he founded the Balkan Policy Institute (IPOL), a network of experts from South East Europe working on public policy issues.
