Biography

Yujia blends an academic foundation in Food Quality and Safety (BE, Nanjing University of Finance& Economics) and Marketing, Management and Communication (MSc, Toulouse Business School). Yujia's background positioned her ideally for interdisciplinary research in sustainable food consumption.

Navigating the intricacies of consumption through a social practice lens, Yujia's research seeks to illuminate the often-overlooked daily out-of-home food consumption practices. By contextualising these practices in everyday life sphere, she hopes to glean transformative insights that can pave the way for informed and effective practice-based interventions.
