Profile

Hi every body, my name is Meadhad Alshamsi and I like to be called “Shamsi” I was born in Dubai in 1980, I grow up in Sharjah and I am working in Abu Dhabi all of them are cities based in United Arab Emirates.

In 2003 I got my BA in Low Sciences and Police Studies from Police College, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

In 2003 and 2004 I was working in strategic management section.

In 2005 I was studying English language in Cambridge then in Bradford University.

In 2007 I got my MSc Degree in Strategic Quality Management from The University of Portsmouth.

In 2007 and 2008 I worked in Strategic Management and Performance Improvement Department.

Currently I am doing my PhD at The University of York.

Participate in

• As team member of Quality and Excellence Team, who are responsible for collecting data and writing the submission document for Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance (2007).
• As a team member of Traffic Committee for identifying the customer satisfaction.

Awards:

• Excellence medal: due the efforts for making Abu Dhabi Police Directorate get the second place in Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance.
