My main research interest is about disruptive innovation and knowledge cluster. My topic is about ‘Core Competency and the formation of knowledge network: Disruptive innovation and entrepreneurial start-ups’.
This research is under White Rose research project, collaborated between The University of York with Leeds University and Sheffield University.

Profile

I was born and grew up in Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Then, I studied a first degree in Geography (Regional Development Planning) at Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I was involved working at some NGOs in Yogyakarta as a social researcher and teaching in some schools. In 2005, I got a scholarship award from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan for an International MBA program. I joined research assistant and teaching assistant during my study there. I completed my master (MBA) on June 2007. Then, I continued studying PhD there (not graduate yet-2 semesters). In 2008, I got an award from White Rose studentship to join research collaborated between The University of York with Leeds University and Sheffield University.
