Dian's research interest: Dian is interested in exploring innovation in public sector management from the perspective of resource dependence theory as well as from the view of organizational life cycle.

Title of Research Topic: Innovation in Public Sector Management: Perspective of Resource Dependence Theory and Organizational Life Cycle.

Profile

Dian studied Strategic Management as her major for Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University , Indonesia . She got a scholarship from The World Bank through the University Research for Graduate Education Scheme to take Master of Science Program in Management, in School of Post Graduate Studies , Gadjah Mada University . She was also awarded a scholarship from Australian Government through the Australia Scholarship Development Scheme to take Master of Applied Commerce in Organizational Change in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, The University of Melbourne, Australia. She is now awarded a scholarship from the Ministry of National Education, Republic of Indonesia to pursue PhD in the University of York , since October 2008.
