White Rose Research Online

What is White Rose Research Online?

White Rose Research Online - the Universities of York, Sheffield and Leeds - has created a shared institutional repository. At the moment, the repository houses peer-reviewed, published papers from many academics across the three Universities and from a variety of different subject disciplines.

How can I submit my papers?

Academics are welcome to register on the repository and submit their papers, although it is strongly recommended that they contact the Project Officer first to check the copyright position of the papers which they wish to include. To register, go to White Rose Research Online and click on the "Register" button

Any academic who is interested in having papers added to the repository can also take advantage of the mediated upload service being offered at least until November 2007. In this case, the inputting and checking will be done by the Repository Officer.

How can I get more information?

The Project Officer, Rachel Proudfoot, works for all three Universities and can be contacted via email.

Departments who would like more information or a demonstration of the repository are invited to contact Rachel or their Academic Liaison Librarian.
