Jackie's role includes providing central support, together with administrative support to the Review Managers, Reviews and Dissemination Staff, co-ordinating and taking forward the administrative tasks for arranging CRD staff attendance at National and International conferences and meetings, co-ordinating administrative aspects of reviews work, including support towards project management. Jackie also coordinates the administrative procedures and registration for CRD's training and events functions, mainly the one day course on identifying research evidence for systematic reviews.
Before joining CRD in 2011, Jackie worked as a Medical Secretary in General Medicine at York Hospital for more than 8 years.
