Joanne is one of a small team of health economists working within CRD. Joanne’s role includes undertaking decision analytical modelling and Bayesian evidence synthesis to support both the NICE programme of work and independently funded research. In addition, Joanne has experience in the critical appraisal/systematic review of economic evaluations.
Joanne has a BSc in Finance, a PG Dip in Health Economics and Evaluation Studies and an MSc Health Economics from the University College Cork.
Joanne’s research interests are focused on the methods for economic evaluations, with a particular interest in decision analytical modelling and evidence synthesis.Current research projects
