A scoping review of quality of life and emotional reactions following solid organ transplantation

Background

The aim of this project was to map the research literature on quality of life and emotional reactions in donor recipients and organ donors, including living donors and the families and relatives of living donors. Four organ transplantation procedures were included: heart, heart and lung, kidney and liver.
