The following costs are based on annual fees and living expenses for October 2012 entry
| Tuition fees for UK/EU, Channel Islands and Isle of Man students | £9,000 |
|---|---|
| Tuition fees for overseas students | £16,540 |
| Living costs (based on living in University accommodation) (accommodation, food, bills, books etc) | £7,750-£9,066* |
* Amount is based on a typical first year student living away from home in University accommodation (2011-2012). Many students will spend less than this. Variations arise because of differences in rent and length of let, course costs and lifestyle choice. If you live at home and travel daily to the University, your living costs will be lower though increased transport costs will balance out some of the savings on accommodation.
For most students, costs increase when they live out because rent normally needs to be paid for 52 weeks of the year.
