The Senior High School Diploma or Chinese University Entrance Examination is not sufficient for entry to our Chemistry undergraduate programmes. We require applicants to successfully complete an acceptable international foundation programme or at least the first year of university study in a Chemistry-related programme in China

Pass the Standard XII with 80% overall including 80 or 85% in Chemistry and another science/mathematics

The Kazakhstan Attestat is not sufficient for entry to our chemistry programmes. We require applicants to complete an acceptable international foundation programme or other qualification such as completion of at least the first year of university study in a Chemistry-related programme in Kazakhstan

Offers are typically based on three subjects in the STPM, including Chemistry and one other science/mathematics:
•    ABB, A or B in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry and at least two other sciences/mathematics
•    AAB, A or B in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry with one other science/mathematics
•    AAA, A in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry with no other science/mathematics
(Where science/mathematics includes biology, physics, maths and further maths)

Offers are typically based on three H2 Advanced Level subjects, including Chemistry and one other science/mathematics:
•    ABB, A or B in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry and at least two other sciences/mathematics
•    AAB, A or B in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry with one other science/mathematics
•    AAA, A in Chemistry for students taking Chemistry with no other science/mathematics

Completion of the High School Diploma with a GPA of no less than 3.0 and in addition either: Completion of three APs with scores of 5, 4, 4 including Chemistry and another science/mathematics or scores of 600 or over in SAT I and three SAT II subjects (with a minimum of 600 in each element)
