PhD Vacancies with Confirmed Funding for UK/EU Applicants

The Department of Chemistry offers PhD projects where funding has already been confirmed for that project by an external source such as a Research Council, Industrial Company or by a full Scholarship.  The eligibility criteria for the funding depends on the funding source.  All will be open to applicants from the UK, some may also offer funding to European Union applicants, and occasionally funding may be offered to overseas applicants at the Home Fees rate.  Any overseas applicant must be able to demonstrate that they can fund the balance of their fees when they submit an application.  Please contact us for more details on eligibility.
