Accessing Your Personal Timetable for 2013/14
The full 2013/14 timetable will be released for current students on 26th June 2013. And will be available to view via the Timetabling Gateway, along with the current 2012/13 timetable.
Problems using Planon?
If you're experiencing problems accessing the system for your Student Society, please see the information in our Student Booking section.
Planon will open for general requests for the academic year 2013/14 on 28th July 2013.
Summer Vacation Room Bookings
During the Summer Vacation when certain spaces are required by the Conference Office, rooms can be reserved if the request is made within 14 days of the booking. If your booking falls outside the 14 day period, please rebook using space in Alcuin, Wentworth, Chemistry Hub, Chemistry, Biology, Law and Management or Heslington Hall and await confirmation.
About the Timetabling and Room Bookings Office
The Timetabling and Room Bookings Office is based within Campus Services which forms part of the Directorate of Estates and Campus Services . We are located in the Information Centre on the main University Campus.
The Timetabling and Room Bookings Office is responsible for managing and scheduling the University’s teaching timetable and for booking all centrally-allocated teaching and meeting rooms.
The office is staffed between 09:00 and 17:30 every week day during term time (17:00 during vacations, and excluding bank holidays) but we do ask that you allow a minimum of 2 working days notice when submitting room booking requests.
Timetabling IT Projects

Timetables can be accessed both on and off campus.
Planon-web for ad-hoc room bookings (staff and student societies):
Planon-web can only be accessed on-campus, or when connecting via the University's VPN.
Planon will currently accept bookings before 28th July 2013.
Societies having problems should read the Student Bookings Page before contacting the Room Bookings Office.
