Undergraduate Ambassadors

As an undergraduate, you can choose to work with our Student Recruitment team as an Undergraduate Student Ambassador, or in various Access and Outreach roles.

Whichever role you choose, you'll have opportunities to get involved in all sorts of work. As an Undergraduate Student Ambassador, you'll be expected to support our Open Days around June and September.

  • Communication: talking to a range of people on a one-to-one basis or in large groups
  • Team work: coordinating your work with other Ambassadors and University staff
  • Social and cultural awareness: meeting and working with people from a range of backgrounds
  • Problem-solving/using your initiative: changing your approach when met with unexpected challenges
